I recently closed on a home which was listed by Rhoda and her group. In a word, Rhoda was one of the most pleasant and professional counterparties I've ever dealt with on a transaction. She was always ebullient, kept us apprised of process updates, maintained an open dialogue between myself and the Seller and facilitated everything to ensure the transaction was smooth from end-to-end. The close process came and went without so much as a misstep, and this is testament to Rhoda's hard work behind the scenes in getting the infinitesimal items squared away. On a more personal level, I truly enjoyed Rhoda's company. She has a great sense of humor, is very warm and friendly to everyone she meets and you'll seldom see her expressing other than a smile. Right down to the end, she rushed over to my attorney's office where the transaction was closing to deliver the keys and even offered to drive me over to my (new!) home because I took an Uber to escape trying to find parking. She's as wonderful a person as anyone can hope to find. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone in the process of buying or selling a house to retain Rhoda's counsel.
